Green Advantage is a sustainability short course designed for business leaders, managers and professionals who want to consider the implications of climate and environmental challenges for their company or workplace alongside maintaining business performance and profitability. Targeted at senior leaders and professionals you will benefit from:
- Developing an understanding of environmental and sustainability topics from leading Aston academics and industry experts.
- Hearing examples of sustainability strategies being used by real businesses today.
- Building a bespoke Sustainability Road Map for your business and learning how to measure progress against sustainability targets.
- Fostering a net zero mindset and understanding how this approach will help longer term with winning new contracts, finding new customers, save costs and supporting the growth of your organisation.
The next cohort starts with a Welcome session on the 18th September at Aston University. It’s a 12-week programme, with six workshops (combination of online and in-person) plus four hours of 1:1 business coaching.
There is a small charge of £296.50 for participants from small and medium companies, which is great value as the coaching would usually cost more than this.
