For eligible SPARK starts there is a shared office facility available with varying prices starting at £71.50 plus VAT per calendar month.
For non-eligible start-ups there is a shared office facility available on the wider Science Park with prices starting at £240 plus VAT per calendar month. Broadband, service charges and business rates are included and a deposit is payable in each case.
