Reach and Unite Outreach and Empowerment (RUOE) CIC, is a therapeutic support and childcare service that targets groups of young people who may be vulnerable to marginalisation. This includes young people from BAME communities and young people with complex and behavioural needs.

RUOE provides a variety of support services including sensory outreach sessions, one to one confidence building and therapy sessions, physical fitness and sport within their activity clubs including swimming, trampolining and cycling, forest schools, cooking plus many more all offering support to young people that have experienced difficulties, assisting them to find the right path for them into future education, employment and training as well as opportunities to be a part of community groups in areas of interest building our positive and resilient community of the future.

Our aim is to provide an accessible and inclusive service that meets the needs of all young people that attend. Our activities and therapeutic approach are strategically planned in order to promote social skills, improve resilience, reinforce positive behaviour, develop a sense of social responsibility, improve confidence, self- belief, emotional wellbeing and independence in safe spaces.
