Reach and Unite Outreach and Empowerment (RUOE) CIC, is a therapeutic support and childcare service that targets groups of young people who may be vulnerable to marginalisation. This includes young people from BAME communities and young people with complex and behavioural needs.

RUOE provides a variety of support services including sensory outreach sessions, one to one confidence building and therapy sessions, physical fitness and sport within their activity clubs including swimming, trampolining and cycling, forest schools, cooking plus many more all offering support to young people that have experienced difficulties, assisting them to find the right path for them into future education, employment and training as well as opportunities to be a part of community groups in areas of interest building our positive and resilient community of the future.   

Reach and Unite Outreach and Empowerment CIC (RUOE) work closely with University of Wolverhampton to offer opportunities for students. They also offer a number of opportunities for volunteers, believing it’s never too late to embark on your career of choice. Placements provide an opportunity to gain valuable experience, improve confidence, skills and employability.
