Azurite Health has recently published a research paper that examines patient experience across Uganda, the UK, and the USA. The paper emphasizes the importance of patient-centered care and how emerging technologies, such as telemedicine and digital health tools, can address healthcare challenges unique to each region. By drawing on both a comprehensive literature review and qualitative insights from healthcare professionals in the Azurite Health network, this study sheds light on improving empathy, communication, and engagement in healthcare.
