OFFICE ACCOMMODATION

SP/ARK has 24 flexible office spaces, ranging in size from a single person office to space that can accommodate up to 10 people.  In each case a fully furnished office is provided including desks, chairs, lockable standing cupboards and tambour units. Offices are all carpeted and fully air conditioned.

By offering all-inclusive, flexible, heavily subsidised leases on the offices in SP/ARK we make it easy for you to be based here without being tied in to a long-term contract.  We keep legal fees to a minimum by using standard terms and conditions and set deposits at a fair and affordable rate. Each month you pay a set rent, with stepped increments over a 3 year period, which helps to take the uncertainty out of business planning.
