Manage Your Time to get the Most out of Your Day
Mark Barnes, Managing Director of Step System International (www.stepsystem.co.uk) and Graduate Works facilitator, will provide tips and techniques to help delegates get the most out of their day and improve productivity within business.
Delegates will learn how to identify the key 20% of tasks that will allow them to achieve 80% of their objectives and to decide when to do, dump, delay or delegate. Mark will introduce a results oriented planning tool to enable delegates to return to the workplace and put the skills into practice.
