To help make 2012 a success, it is essential that businesses focus on skills and the importance of training and motivating staff. The objectives of this event are to:

• To highlight leadership and motivation techniques

• To raise the awareness of Apprenticeships

• Ensure that the needs of local business are met by local school/college leavers and

  graduates

The event will also feature a range of exhibitors who will educate local businesses on funding, initiatives and the resources available for employers in the Black Country.
